Right now when you send this message it thanks the customer for their payment of xxx. But this amount is only the closing price and does not include the shipping amount. I also see there doesn't appear to show an amount that includes the shipping.
Is there a way to say the full amount so the customer doesn't think they forgot to pay for the shipping?
Right now I manually go in and make the change.

Hi Dennis,
If the shipment notification doesn't include shipping, it means that there wasn't any shipping specified for Vendio Checkout for that item. To include shipping, you'd need to uncheck steps 1 - 3 and then edit step 1 to specify a shipping cost. Then you would re-check step 1, edit step 2, and choose the shipping cost. Then re-check steps 2 and 3, and then when you send the notification, the shipping would be included.

Sonya,
On one of the ones I looked at did include the shipping cost. Yet the message did not include it. If you go check the preferences for post sale and review the message it only has a selection for either closing price or shipping not for closing price and shipping. Therefore I don't see how what you recommend will do anything. Am I missing something here?

denny's right..the vaiables for plugging into the message only include closing price and not closing price + shipping..I just acknoweldge i have received payment and don't specify an amount to avoid the confusion (edit the letter default)

My apologies, you are both right. There are macros available for shipping -- if you go to Post Sale Mgt. Options you will see them there. You can place those macros in your shipment notification default message in this order:
