Is there an option to make the e-mail address in the post sale area when clicked opened up inside the Customer Manager area?
If this is not a current feature it would be a great value for you to add.
Also how can you view old messages that have been marked with "No Reply, etc." Do you keep a history of messages in the Customer Manager area?

Hi Bryan,
Thank you for your suggestion -- I will forward it to Product Development. Regarding looking up old messages -- if you 'no replied' them, they most likely were filed as 'not categorized'. There is a search feature in Customer Manager where you can search past emails, including ones you 'no replied'. Just fill out the search values and choose 'not categorized' and you should be able to locate those old messages.
