Ebay will not respond to my plight unless I can e-mail them from my registered e-mail address, [email protected].

Because my half@ebay account is under my own e-mail address and they say that's all they can answer questions about. They will not respond to a very pressing problem unless I can send an e-mail from my registered e-mail addy. How do I do that?

Hello,

As you know, the mailstep.com address is a forwarding address, not an actual email account. There is no way to send mail directly from this address.

If you have access to your half.com account, change your personal email address to another that you have access sending from instead.
