Hello
I have not been on eBay for 7 months, yesterday I started listing my auctions on Vendio & received an Error 16110: YOUR TOKEN HAS BEEN INVALIDATED. * YOUR TOKEN HAS BEEN INVALIDATED, PLEASE ASK USER TO RE-SIGN IN AGAIN TO RENEW THE TOKEN. * IF THIS MESSAGE INDICATES YOU MUST "PUT A CREDIT CARD ON FILE" PLEASE CLICK HERE: TO VERIFY YOUR EBAY ACCOUNT IS UP TO DATE. * IF THIS APPEARS TO BE A PROBLEM REALTED TO EBAY PLEASE "CLICK HERE". Well I clicked on the last section which brought me to eBay to sign in, & my credit card info is up to date. My question is what is Vendio talking about? On the top page of Vendio's website in red there is a warning: UNABLE TO FETCH INFORMATION FROM EBAY. THIS MAY BE CAUSED BY INVALID OR OUT OF DATE EBAY INFORMATION STORED AT VENDIO. PLEASE VERIFY USERNAME & PASSWORD AT EBAY & THEN UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION HERE (LINK) whick brings me to another Vendio page: MY ACCOUNT: AUCTION SITE ACCOUNTS, which I have only two. This is becoming a wild goose chase for me. Sorry the email is so long. If anyone can help me or give me some insight I would truly appreciate.
Thank You,
Nancy
The error you are receiving indicates that the eBay site ID information we have on file is not current. To update your eBay site ID (and obtain an authorization "token", go to My Account -> Personal Preferences -> Auction Site Accounts. Click the 'edit' link under the Action column next to the corresponding venue. Enter the updated information, and click the "Continue" button. After your ID information is updated, you should be able to launch without error.
