I'm trying to send a WBN to a winning bidder and I keep getting this error message:

"Error: You didn't select any payment option. The WBN was not sent."

I have not changed anything, so not sure why this is happening. Of course I went and checked and my payment options are selected. The other 2 auctions that ended about an hour before this one had no problem when I selected to send the WBN's.

Thanks for any help with this.

Ditto, and no amount of trying reselect the options I want is working.
Hope this is fixed soon.

Me too. Same exact message: "Error: You didn't select any payment option. The WBN will not be sent".

Wish C/S would address this obvious glitch as it is causing a hold up in sending out WB checkout links!

I am having the same problem, PLUS when I try to use the checkout, and it asks me to "choose payment method", I can't select a payment, as it doesn't give me a choice. Any advice?

I apologize, I should have posted here sooner. This problem has been resolved so there should be no more trouble with WBNs.
