When I go to print an invoice, the buttons to print and refresh and close are not showing. I can select invoice only, but that is as far as I can go. It has been like this since last night. Please help!!
I logged into your account and was able to print out invoices. So, I am not able to reproduce this error. You might find that clearing your cache helps.
In order to clear the cache and free up system resources, please take the following steps:
In Internet Explorer, look under "Tools" in the top menu bar. Open "Internet Options", and the option to clear the cache will appear under "Temporary Internet Files" in the "General" menu. It is always a good idea to clear the History, as well.
In Netscape, look under "Edit" in the top toolbar, and open "Preferences". Click the box next to "Advanced", then "Cache". You will want to clear both the disk and memory cache.
If you are using AOL, first go to the 'Settings' button at the top of your AOL window. Click on it, then select 'Preferences' from the list. On the following window that comes up, click on the 'Internet Properties (WWW)' link. From here, delete your Temporary Internet Files, and click OK when finished.
You can also click the "refresh" or "reload" button on your browser toolbar while pressing the Shift key on your keyboard.
