We have done some investigation into this, and we believe that the error you are receiving is most likely related to the state of your eBay account. To resolve the problem, we would recommend that you go to eBay and create and launch a test listing on their website. If you are able to complete this process without receiving an error from eBay, please write back and let us know as soon as you can.
eBay is in the process of revamping their billing system and you may need to take this step on their site to get your account cleared (note that your account may appear to be up-to-date, and that if you contact eBay they will likely tell you that you should not be having trouble - despite this, you will most likely get a credit card update screen when you actually attempt to create a listing.)
Was able to list on ebay with no problem. I relisted a closed auction, updated with no problem, and then I imported to sales manager with no problem. Does this mean the error in listing is coming from sales manager? LMK
If you can log into your eBay account and click to create a brand new listing without being prompted for billing information, then you can resubmit these items from Vendio without error.
