I would like to make some suggestions for the next time that Vendio upgrades its services (although it is very wonderful to begin with!).
I would like to be able to turn off payment reminders for individual customers. I can't do that now unless I turn them off for everybody, and that isn't want I want to do. I have many customers that combine purchases and I wouldn't want to "hound" them for payment when they will be paying once they are finished bidding.
I would also like to be able to allow my customers to change the shipping amount in the Vendio checkout. I offer special discounts for multiple purchases and I would like it if they could change the amount on their own. As it stands now, for those that overpay, I have to do a partial refund through Paypal.
Also, will Vendio ever expand out into the other Ebay markets such as the UK and Australia? I would like to be able to list in other countries, but Vendio doesn't provide those services yet.
But, as always, I believe that Vendio's services are topnotch!

Hi Bizzy - regarding listing in other countries ... I am pretty sure only eBay can control that. If you SHIP to that country, your listings are automatically listed in that country's eBay site. At least, that's always been my understanding of how international eBay works. I ship worldwide and always get a lot of bids from Europe and Australia and do know that my listings are on the eBay foreign sites. In fact, they are even translated. For example, your auction is translated into French on the Ebay France site.
I didn't think Vendio has any interface with this ... I always thought it was all eBay and controlled by where you say you will ship to.

lennon -- There is another auction management program that is available through the internet wherein you can list in the UK. However, I don't want to spend money on Vendio and that other company. Yes, your auctions will be seen in other countries if you ship worldwide AND if they select to search worldwide through ebay. However, THE DEFAULT is to search within their own country. I would like to be able to launch directly to that country for some of my items and launch other items in the US, but I don't want to pay for another auction company's services and I don't want to leave Vendio because I think there services are outstanding.
Thank you for your suggestions. I have logged them on your behalf for Product Development.
Regarding international eBays -- you may still use our Image Hosting service in conjunction with an Ebay International site. In order to do so, click the Image Hosting tab. Select the images you would like to appear in your auction, then click the Attach button. Select "other" in the drop-down menu, and "new auction". At the next screen, copy and paste the entire box of HTML generated by our system into the item description field. **Note that using our system this way will result in image hosting charges being applied instead of listing/final value fee charges.

Does this mean that I pay Ebay's price per picture? Or does this mean that Vendio charges a separate charge for this, and if so, what is that charge? Can I use Vendio's templates, or do I need to use Ebays?
