My auctions that errored out with error 10007 did auction launch last night. However, while they do show up on My EBay, they do NOT show up as active on Vendio. They still show up as pending with the error message.
Can you remedy this or do I have to import the auctions for into Vendio for tracking? I know that if I do this I cannot get an accurate count of the number of hits. What I don't remember (since it's been a while since this happened) is WILL POST SALE FUNCTIONS WORK IN AN AUCTION THAT HAS TO BE IMPORTED FROM EBAY TO TRACK?

Hey there,
Yes, please track the listing into Active. Once the listing is in active you will want to check the box next to the listing and click on the Set WBN button on the top of the active page. This should set the WBN for the auction.

Thanks very much Bob. That worked quite nicely. Still can't figure out how they launched (one launched twice!) but hopefully your back room people can get this problem fixed. It seems to be plaguing a number of us.
