HI, IT'S BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE I HAVE HAD TO CONTACT YOU. I AM ON WEBTV AND I UPLOADED PICTURES AND TODAY TRIED TO PUT THEM ON EBAY. I CAN INSERT THE TITLE BUT WHEN I GO TO CATAGORY, THERE ARE NOT THERE OTHER THAN THE WORDS "NULL". CAN YOU HELP ME?

At this time, Vendio does not actively support WebTV, however, we have heard of a workaround that may enable you to continue using our system. Please try this:
At the create listing page, click on grey "Category/Top Category" box (to the left of the Category # box.) Scroll down the category list and click the 2nd null> icon. Next go to the first 2 large grey Category fields and click the 2nd null>. After that, enter your Category #, and it should save when you continue (if not, you might want to experiment a bit until you find the combination that works for you.)
