I always copy and paste my discriptions, payment and shipping info into all my auctions, and check them before I submit them with your pre listings.the only time the shipping info is changed by hand is if I am shipping via the postal service and not fedex.I found out by 2 different buyers last night, that my auctions said "free shipping"I didnt put that in there,I never offer free shipping, and as you can see below, here is my copied and scanned text right from my computer, also the one below it was the one that appeared on ALL my adora doll auctions, please can you give me an answer how this could have happend?I can assure you,it was not done by me.
here is my text that goes into every auction directly from my computer, untouchecd by hand.
WE SHIP FEDEX,SO WE NEED A PHYSICAL ADDRESS.. YOUR PAYMENT IS EXPECTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF CLOSE OF AUCTION.WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT.**MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND YOURS TODAY AND ALWAYS*
this is what appeared all ALL my adora dolls that was listed,I have managed to change one,but not the ended ones or the one that has bids on it now
SHIPPING IS FREE,VIA FEDEX,SO WE NEED A PHYSICAL ADDRESS.. YOUR PAYMENT IS EXPECTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF CLOSE OF AUCTION.WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT.**MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND YOURS TODAY AND ALWAYS*
I hope you can find an answer for me as this is driving me nuts,in all the years with ebay and your company this has never happend before.thank you

Hello,

The "FREE" shipping issue appears to be related to the way eBay is now interpreting blank fields for the eBay checkout area.

We would recommend either checking the "I am not specifying eBay Shipping and Payment Details" option -or- entering a value in the shipping fields for the eBay checkout, so they do not say shipping is Free.

Regards,
Christopher

hey chris,if this was the case with ebay stating the"free shipping"then, why does it not say that on ALL my auctions, plus,if you see the auctions,it states at the end of the auction,"winner pays shipping"I cant put a price in my auction as I dont know what is shipping where and how large the package is.I will be back on line on tuesday if some one would care to answer me,thank you

hi,ebay said its the"third"parties fault,(yours for not telling me that ebay had changed their page for shipping).my listing page has been set up with you for years,so I wasnt aware of any"changes"am I the one going to have to pay for some one else's error,I still have another doll ended today, with"free shipping"on it.I did go in and change ebay's page as you suggested.awaiting your early response, thank you.

Hello,

Please let us know some of the item numbers that had free shipping on them, in the ebay shipping and details section. We can take a look and make a recommendation so it doesn't say that on the relists.

Regards,

Sonya

this is what I got from ebay, you dont seem to be going to pay for the "shipping fee's"and ebay wont,so whats the answer?I have to swollow the cost?
here is two of the ended auctions
item numbers 5503793273 and 5503886377
I did*not*add the free shipping and I always double check prior to ;isting,I dont care about, relists,I just need not to have to lose the money for my shipping fee's.
here is what ebay said

This would have to be addressed with Vendio, if you sent the information
in through them.
I hope to hear back from some one on this problem.thank you.

Hello there,

It appears that the "free shipping" offer is only included in your description text (not in any of the eBay or Vendio controlled areas.) As Vendio will never alter your item description text, the problem cannot be related to a system error. I would recommend checking all of your descriptions prior to launch (especially relists) as this area will require that you manually edit the text. If you are pasting the description in from a text file, you should check that file as well to make sure the wording is correct.

Thanks,

Diana

this is in my discription that I copy and paste, none of these auctions were re lists..
and you are incorrect I did NOT put in "free shipping"
6.0% SALES TAX APPLIES TO ALL FLORIDA RESD:.WINNER TO PAY SHIPPING AND A SMALL HANDLING FEE TO BE DETERMINED BY YOUR ZIP CODE, WE SHIP FEDEX,SO WE NEED A PHYSICAL ADDRESS.. YOUR PAYMENT IS EXPECTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF CLOSE OF AUCTION.WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT.**MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND YOURS TODAY AND ALWAYS*
*this is what appeared in my ended auctions.*

6.0% SALES TAX APPLIES TO ALL FLORIDA RESD:.SHIPPING IS FREE,VIA FEDEX,SO WE NEED A PHYSICAL ADDRESS.. YOUR PAYMENT IS EXPECTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF CLOSE OF AUCTION.WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT.**MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND YOURS TODAY AND ALWAYS*

so I have no idea who or how this got into my auctions, all I know is I have had to pay the shipping fee's which in my book is unfair, plus I always double check my auctions prior to listing to make sure there are no errors.
thank you.
