If someone buys an item from my Vendio Store by money order - then, lets say, he doesn't pay
I would like to cancel the store sale and return that item to my general inventory
How would I do that ?
There doesn't seem to be a delete/cancel button to cancel a store sale in the Control Panel - Closed Sales
Only Archive, Refresh and Relist
Of course, I can archive the sale and manually increase my inventory quantity by 1
However, this definitely should be an automatic process - NOT a manual one
I certainly hope that when an ebay auction doesn’t pay off and my FVF refund is received - the quantity of that particular item is increased by one in the inventory manager - AUTOMATICALLY
If I have to constantly update all my inventory for the many Non - Paying bidders manually - then the Vendio Inventory management system is totally useless
Also how do I delete a specific item from the archive or is everything that's listed in there - has to stay in there for life
Vendio seems to have an objection to the use of a Trash Can
Unfortunately, you would need to keep doing it the same way you have -- archiving and increasing the inventory quantity by one. I will log a suggestion on your behalf to make this process automatic.
The archive serves the same purpose as deletion -- the only difference is that you can download the archive.
