Hi, tried adding gallery image after listing. Ebay says to convert JPG to JPEG for processing, then email them the new location. How do I do this? (item 4022161349 - want gallery pic same as 1st listing pic)
Also, it's easy to forget to ATTACH the images when creating listings, and don't notice unless I look at ebay's "see sellers other items" page (Pic status is not shown in "my Ebay". Suggest something like "are you sure you don't want pictures?" error message to come up if the pics are chosen, but not attached. Thanks
You will need to convert it offline, in an image editing program -- you should be able to do a 'save as' in the jpg format and then you can reupload to Vendio and resubmit to eBay.
I will log your suggestion regarding image attachment warnings.

I think the warning message is a great idea. I have goofed on a couple of auctions and would have appreciated a reminder.

Thanx Jane. Sonya & Chris, my editor (Pagis) has dropdown menu with box that includes both: "JPEG(*jpg)", and when I hopefully save as JPEG only (says JPEG in "properties""type" box after save, but DOS name stays .JPG, if that's important)it autmatically changes to JPG alone during upload to Vendio (I have 2 copies in my Vendio hosting now, but both are JPG). Also, even if I could change to JPEG, would that mess up my picture in the item listing?
