The eBay preview is not working, and I am getting this message to not list anything:

Couldn't retrieve site preview!
Unfortunately, we were unable to retrieve a preview from at this time. You may not want to schedule this auction yet; we are apparently having difficulties communicating with this site.
Please use your browser's BACK button to return to editing this listing.


I had been lsiting items fine today, and this has appeared. Please give an ETA on when it will be fixed. Thank you.

Hello,

Which item in pending are you trying to preview? I clicked on a few, and they all said that the template on that item didn't exist and some had invalid categories. Please review your specs for the item and if you get the same message on eBay Preview, let us know the title of the item so that we may take a look.

My auctions are fine, eBay preview is just not working (it says soemthing different if I have something listed wrong and retuns me right back to the listing), this says Vendio is having problems with eBay.

Here are two auction I just made and tried to list:

Tried to eBay Preview first before I list. The two auctions are near the end in my pending.

I've got one still sitting in my pending that's got the "error" code on it ..... (meopotamia)

the other book auction did the same thing but I just cleared it from having the error code.

I got the same thing - no eBay preview. I was trying to put things in pending and on two auctions I ended up with 9 items in pending - in addition, it dropped my pictures and also dropped some information form item specifics. Just another time consuming glitch, but it would be a good idea to double check your auction to make sure your pics and specifics are still there.

All of the auctions that I had listed early when the system seamed to be working, are all coming up as error.

There is something majorly wrong, that needs to be fixed right now. And it is not my computer.

This is going to cause me a ton of work, and some of the items are relists, so if I try to relist them again, who knows if I will get the free relist?

Please get this fixed ASAP!!!!!
