Here is the list of improvements I'd like Vendio to implement. As former software specialist I know its not easy but Im sure many Vendio users will support me on this:
1. Automatically refund vendio auction fee when FVFCR completed
2. Implement search by customer's last name
3. Make optional synchronization of Vendio Inventory between Sales manager Pro ( desktop based ) and Sales manager ( web based )
4. Allow edit of multiple inventory items in Sales manger Pro
5. Implement Automatic post of positive feedback after customer leaves positive feedback
6 Allow edit number of items at checkout SALES MNGR for sellers only.
7. Tracking info available on checkout page for buyers
I'm new to Vendio but have been selling on ebay for over 3 years any feedback in regards to the changes listed above will be appreciated.

I would like to see a search option for ended items, I have tens of thousands of ended items, and may want to list an item I had 5-6 months ago. It would be easier to have a search option to facilitate that.
Allowing multiple user ID's would be nice as well.
Is there anything in the works for either of those two options?

There actually IS a search engine for ended items. If you go to the Sales Manager tab and click on INVENTORY on the left hand side, that has a listing of ALL your ended auctions. It also has a search engine. It will recall your entire auction and enable you to relist it.

You can search for "SOLD" items in "post sale"...search by title, auction # or buyer email. As far as I know there is no search for UNSOLD items.

Hi everyone,
That is correct - you can search for sold items in Post-Sale, but there is no current way to search for unsold items other than paging through the list and using ctrl-F. We are working on some improvements that should help with this as well. Stay tuned!

We've been using a tool called Merlin Instant Feedback to post reciprocal feedback for the past year now. It runs in the background on your PC and only requires attention when eBay makes changes and you have to update the software. There's a one time fee of $20 (used to be $10). It's been extremely reliable for us.
