The purpose of using Vendio checkout is to make the transition from purchase to payment go smoothly. Right? That's why we have Vendio checkout in our listings.
When my eBay store buyers make their purchase....they get to my Vendio checkout BEFORE Vendio knows that the item has sold.
Below is one instance of an email that I get sent to me at least daily:
I bought the item already but cannot seem to be able to pay. It takes me to the vendio system and i got this message:
We were unable to verify that you are the winning bidder of this auction. Please try clicking the Checkout button again later
Welcome to Vendio Checkout! To make your eBay Purchase quick and easy, your seller uses Vendio Checkout.
Unfortunately, we have to rely on eBay telling us when an item closes (which does not happen instantly in some cases. ) We are actually in the process of changing the error message for these cases which will instruct the buyer to wait a few minutes and try again. We realize that the error message is somewhat unclear for this particular case.
