Hello,
I am getting an error message reading API when trying to launch auctions. Please help. Thank you.

Just to add- When I first tried to launch several auctions I got this message:
"Verification of launch was not received from eBay."
When I tried again to launch them the error messages stated:
%API%

Hello... Is someone watching this board? I have also emailed Customer Service (usually prompt in their replies)... but no one has replied here or there. I wasn't able to list last night... but absolutely must make up for it today. Please reply!!!

oK... NOW one of the error listings has been put into the pending list without the error message showing anymore. I did not touch it. What is going on? I still have not heard from anyone in regards to this... but it seems like these listings are being changed by "someone". Please email me customer service.

Hello,

May we try and list one of these items for you to view this error as it happens?

When you click to view the error, it removed the message, so the next time you view the page, it will no longer show the error beside it.

The message center is not covered between 5pm Pacific Friday and 10am Pacific Saturday morning. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused you.

Regards,
Christopher

Hi all.

I'm Rick (notbad4art) and am having
the hardest time with Sales Manager.
I have 65 items up at Ebay and it only
downloaded 5 onto Vendio. Tried again,
and stopped at 5. But it also listed my
UNsold items that I don't want listed. Yikes.
Am I over my head or what? How do I get my listings over here, build my store and get
started. Can't afford the educations (am on disability), so need a step by step method.
If anyone knows how to simplify this site
to the basics like step one through ten please
email me asap! [email protected]
or [email protected]. Thanks kindly,

Rick

Rick I've been doing this for 4 years and just started with Vendio. I have had a headache for a week going round in circles too.
About your 5 only (deep breath) my page only shows 5 at a time unless I use the drop menu to show more or go to page 2 Sometimes it's right in front of your face, you know.

Vendio certainly has a steep learning curve. I transfered over from Auctionworks (now Marketworks) and some of this stuff is just weird.
Stick to the boards and maybe we all can help.

EclecticClutter is right. The default for the amount of items displayed is 5 items at one time. You'll have to click the Active, Pending, and Closed items links and then either advance to another group of 5 (to see more items) or increase the amount of items you want to view by using the drop down box.

You can also change your default setting under the My Account section. Then you can click on the Sales Manager Display link.
Best Regards,

DarinCS
