In the past few weeks, when I receive feedback on eBay, it is not automatically being checked in post sale. I have to go into vendio, find the sale, check "feedback received" manually.

Also, when I print a packing slip, after the printing, I have to go back and manually check that item also.

Can this be fixed to automatically checkoff?

I've just notived a few feedbacks received that have not been recorded in post sale.
