I've been having this problem for awhile and now I'm finally irritated enough to find out what the heck is going on. This is my situation:
List an item at a fixed price and put it in my eBay store.
A few months later, go to eBay and end the fixed price store item because I want to relist it as an auction.
Come back to Vendio to do the relist.
Item not showing in Closed Items list.
Go into Active Items list and see item still listed. Click on it, opens popup window, and see that no, it is actually ended, not active.
Go back to sales manager, still not showing in Closed Items.
Go back to Active Items so I can just Copy the listing and do the relist, but *poof* it's gone. Not in Active, not in Pending, not in Closed. Just disappeared into thin air.
Now, this has happened before. Say I ended 10 items. Maybe 5 or 6 of the items will show up under Closed Listings sometime during the day. But there are always a few that never show up. It's like they just disappeared, never to be heard from again.
So, I have to go into eBay, find the listing (I usually write down the item number just in case), then do the relist directly through the eBay page. It's such a pain!
Where do these listings go? Why don't they show up under Closed Listings when others do? Are they lost in the ether? Please help! Thanks
What are the item numbers? Please send them to us so we can look into this problem further. When you end something (or when something ends on its own), if you find the item in Active, you can select and Refresh it which should trigger it to move down into Closed Listings.
