Every single night I launch anywhere from 10-25 auctions. I have my preferences set to always use a gallery picture. I choose the gallery picture when I setup the listing. For some reason, every single night, anywhere from 1-5 of my auctions don't have the gallery pictures. I have to go in and revise my listing manually to include the picture. Why is this happening on only SOME of my auctions?
Did you have an image attached to those auctions that is still active in your account? Gallery submissions would fail if you don't have the image available or if the option for gallery wasn't selected.
Yes, the images are active. When I go in to revise the auction to add in the image, it will be checked that no gallery image is selected. I know that it was selected when I wrote the listing and an image was attached. It doesn't make any sense because most of the listings that launch don't have a problem. Only 1-5 listings do.
Unfortunately I am not sure as to why only a few auctions are affected by this. As long as you save your listing prior to launching with the gallery image attached it should launch as expected. If you want to give us some of the item numbers where the gallery image was missing we can look into it and see if we can determine what the problem is.
