Auction # 8119592155

It sold, I got an email from Ebay through Customer Manager and the auction has a Vendio Checkout button on it but it's not listed in my post sale ANYWHERE and it's not listed in my closed auctions either. Also an auto WBN didn't go out but since I can't find it anywhere on Vendio I can't even send a manual WBN.

What's going on???????????

I haven't contacted the customer as of yet because I don't know whether to tell him to use the checkout or not. I don't want you to lose my payment too.

Hello,

I have tracked in the listing into your Vendio account so you can now proceed with contacting your customer and informing him to use checkout. Do you remember if this item was in your Active Auctions list the whole time, up to the point where it sold?

Regards,

Sonya

Sonya,

Yes I think it was but I can't be positive about that.

Hi there,

I have checked our database, and it doesn't appear that this was launched through Sales Manager - is it an item that was relisted on eBay directly? If so, note that items relisted on eBay will not automatically appear in Sales Manager. To avoid this, we would recommend that you relist through Sales Manager instead of relisting on eBay.

Thanks,

Diana

Diana,

I only use Vendio for launching. It was launched as a pending auction using the Sales Manager Pro. I NEVER go directly to ebay to relaunch, so I know for a FACT that I did not do this time either.

Sonya, I am having the same problem. Check out item #5508917682. Someone purchased this item last night at 11:00 pm, I wake up this morning to the eBay notification, but, nothing in closed sales. I had to dig thru 161 listings, find the auction, refresh it a MILLION times, THEN it moved to closed.

This girl paid thru paypal immediately. Of course, the payment is not showing in the closed auction.

On another note (should I start a different thread?) when I refreshed the 161 listings this morning, it sent out WBN's to people who bought and paid yesterday! Those WBN's are so sporadic, I have mine set to NOT send them out. Now, they're going out to people who's items have already been shipped! And, it seems to me....if I refresh to find an auction that VENDIO doesn't seem to know that sold....these WBN's are going out willy-nilly to completed sales, with NO control from me.

How unprofessional does that make ME look? I'm about ready to toss in the towel, list thru TurboLister and set up a spreadsheet to track my own auctions!

Hi Mstwostepin,

What are the exact steps you took up to where you say the refresh sent out the WBNs? The only way WBNs can get sent out is if you are selecting them and clicking on the Send WBN button.

Sonya

Sonya, I assure you that they are going out without me clicking "send".

5507733938,2994578163,2994450092,2996270015

These ALL went out this morning at 5:32 AM. when I was trying to find whichever auction had sold.

To refresh, I went to each page of listings, clicked "select all", then clicked on the "refresh" button at the top of that page. At NO time, did I go into the individual auctions and click on "send WBN".

Due to the sporadic nature of the WBN's going out....I turned THAT option off in my listings some time ago.

I'm trying to run an actual "business" here and do not wish to appear totally unprofessional by sending customers notifications that they have won an auction several days AFTER they have received their items.
