I have a problem with new Vendio. I make copies of a skeleton form so I will have 10 copies waiting in pending. I then fill in the details for number one item and schedule it for ebay. Then I return to pending and fill out the blanks for the next item, BUT since Vendio changed, I go back to pending and find the auction I just filled in--what is going on? It seems to do this even when I reload the page. How can I avoid this problem? I've been listing this way since I joined Vendio several years ago.

Am I the only one having this problem? I did find out that if I refreshed the page each time, the auction does list. If I have to refresh every time, needless to say, that will sloooooooooow down my listings. Is anyone out there in Vendio land???

Hi Beman,

Try clearing your cache and cookies and rebooting your computer. You could have a corrupted cookie that keeps returning you to the item you just did. Let us know if this helps resolve the problem.

Thanks for the info and I did all of the above, but it didn't work. Maybe I didn't describe the problem correctly. I create a skeleton for listing 10 items, all alike except for the player name. I create the first auction and schedule it. Then I hit back, back until I return to the pending page where I USED TO see the nine auctions left. Now, when I return to the page, I see the original ten. Because they all look alike, I can't tell which one I need to fill in until I click on it. What has happened? Why didn't the first auction I filled in go down to the place in pending where I scheduled it? Any advice?

Hi Beman,

Instead of hitting the 'back' button on your browser, try clicking on the Sales Manager link instead. This should bring you the updated list of your items in pending.

I hope this helps.

It should bring me back to the skeleton items I just constructed, but it doesn't. When I hit Sales Manager, I get the pending page BEFORE I made any skeletons. Then I have to hit "pending" under Sales Manager and then (after several seconds to load) do I get the skeletons. Also, now when I click on Sales Manager, I have a blank box where "current, pending, closed" used to be. Any more ideas about either the first problem or now, the blank box problem? I appeciate your help as I know you are responding to several problems from others.

Just wondering if there is any response to my latest question as I'm still having delays when I return to pending by hitting "return to auction manager" at bottom or hitting "auction manager" on the left. Everything has been cleared as your rec before.

If you want to be returned to the Pending Page, do the following:

You will need to create the skeleton listings. Then click the pending section (don't try making the changes from the control panel). Now when you schedule the listings and hit the "Back to Control Panel" button, you'll actually go to the Pending Page. This should also help you see the more up to date information on your pending items.
