Hi,
I ended 88 store listings tonight so that I could revise and relist as auctions. I have checked in my closed auctions under sales manager several times and there is only 1 auction there, that ended because of a purchase.

How long will it take for the 88 listings to show up? I'm anxious to get them revised.
Thanks

Hello,

If you ended auctions on your own, you might need to select those items in your Active list and click the Refresh button to get your list current. This might have to be repeated a few times. I checked your account and saw you have about 38 in closed now, so it looks like they are coming down on their own.

Regards,

Sonya

Thank you for reading my post, Sonya. The thing is, I didn't archive any of these 88 auctions. I just checked the archive list, and there are only 12 on it that I archived yesterday/today. Why is it taking so long for the listings to show up as closed?

Is there any way around this? I ended them just so I could relist as auctions and expected that they would go to my closed list pretty quickly.I've already listed the ones that ended regularly last night and the handful of the ones I closed from the store. I don't want to do a cross-reference on my My Ebay page to see what I have ended and what has been relisted, since I didn't note exactly which ones I had ended (assumed they would automatically go into the closed list). That will take several hours that I don't have if I want to take advantage of the reduced fees and the opening day of the vintage sale. Please tell me there is another way to do this besides cross-checking and then relisting through ebay's "revise your listing" pages.

Thanks!

I apologize, I read "active" as "archive". I'm still in a pickle though, because I don't know which ones on the active list that I ended because I did them all at the same time without writing down specifics.

Hello,

You can just select all in active and click on Refresh. If anything in there is ended, this should unstick them. You may have to do it a couple times though. Let me know if you continue to have trouble.

I have about 20 auctions that I ended from my store tonight so that I could relist them as auctions. I did have to refresh them in active to get them to appear as closed- however, they are still in active marked: 'closed'. It has been about 30 minutes and I have selected them & refreshed them over and over and they still won't go into my closed auctions. Is there a back-up in the system?

**Murphy's Law: My problem clears up if I post on the board My auctions are now starting to slowly go from active to closed.

Thanks Sonya. I tried what you suggested and 61 more moved into the closed section. I have enough time to get them listed and all is well.
