The eBay auction numbers (Item ID) are still missing from the "Complete" sales archive files generated by the Vendio system.

No detailed analysis is required -- the problem is readily aparent by inspection. The data in the first column ("Item ID" is simply missing.

This has gone on for several weeks. Have asked twice for this to be fixed, this is the third time. Am trying hard to be polite but this is a HUGE problem.

Please resolve.
