My Ebay gallery picture is not showing. There is just the picture icon. The picture does show in the upper left corner of my auction page. What am I doing wrong?
Please clarify if you are referring to the eBay Gallery image, or the photo preview image in the upper left corner of the actual auction. Please also let us know the item number you are referring to, so we can take a look at it.

Thanks for the reply. I am referring to the picture that shows on the ebay category/search page (where customers look through many items from various venders). I selected gallery image when I created the listing in SMPro and it shows in the upper left hand corner but not on the search page. See Ebay item 4922482534

Hi Vicky,
If you go to eBay and do a search by the title of your item, I see that it comes up with a gallery image. If you just listed it, it might take some time to appear in the ebay gallery, but it is there now -- try clearing your cache and refreshing if you still can't see it.
