I must say, the new way to set the launch time is awful! I now have to click three exta times just to launch my auction at a later time for the same day. I liked the simple drop-down time on the first launch page. Please change it back!

Why do you have to click three times? Mine seems to remember the last scheduled time and all I have to do is change a digit or two and click schedule. I like it (I should note that I launch auctions from "pending" so maybe it's different?)

I am talking about launching from inventory not from pending, so it would make a difference. Maybe I should try your way

My way works great - I started doing it this way when categories took so long to load. I just have a pending listing for every category I list in and copy it . I edit the copy, attach the pic and launch.

Hello,

There are 2 ways to enter the scheduled date and time:
- use the 2 text boxes where data can be typed in directly
- or click the adjacent icon which pops up the calendar.

The new scheduling format allows several new features:
1. Extends the launch interval beyond 21 days
2. Allows scheduling every minute (instead of every 15 minutes)
3. Adds an "interval between listings" option to bulk scheduling
4. Saves the last scheduled date, and use it to pre-fill the scheduled date/time controls.

A variety of formats are allowed for type in. For date:
Apr 1, 2005
Apr 01, 2005
April 01, 2005
Apr 1, 05
04/01/2005
04/01/05
4/1/05

For time:
5:01 AM
05:01 pm
12:52 am
12:01 PM
1 am
0101 am
12 pm
1645
0900

Thanks,

-Radu

This new system stinks.............I am loosing more time clicking and listing less. That means less money for Vendio and Ebay. That should tell you to GO BACK TO THE OLD SYSTEM~~~~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not sure what you mean by "3. Adds an "interval between listings" option to bulk scheduling" ?

When your in pending and you click to schedule your items in bulk, you can set them to list at intervals.

I could do THAT with the old vendio just fine, why make it more difficult and time consuming?

Hello rubys100,

We actually never had a setup for automatically scheduling items at intervals in the past.

You could however manually schedule your items 15 minutes apart from each other on the old bulk scheduling system in the online Sales Manager.

Christopher

rubys ... look at christophers upper right hand thingy ... that's awesome!@!!! ...

give it a chance ... work with it a bit ... you can pull up multiple items now and say "hey, vendio, schedule these to list X number of minutes apart" ...

I have no interest in this type of scheduling AND not only that, it slows me down.
If you have to do this change, why not combine the old and the new so that at least we have a choice.
The new vendio is already slower than the old vendio, so please, please give US, your paying customers the option.
Otherwise, my only alternative after staying with you since 1998 is to leave.

ARGH!!!! ... THAT IS NOT WHAT WE WANTED!. .... CRRRRAP

Just want to add my vote to those that find the new launching calender tedious and time consuming. The drop down with the 15 minute intervals was fine with me. How about returning that with a side link for those that have a need to greater minute by minute control.
BTW I have had no problems with the rest of "The New Vendio" and have found it very easy to use since the re-tweaking of the Beta version. Thanks for listening to all the input on the Beta.
Susan
