Why the hell can't I get an answer to this question? I've posted this before and gotten zip from Vendio.
when I tryto load the ebay Sporting Goods category, i get only Sporting goods, none of the subcategories. Even when I enter the subcategory #, it still rEvrts to just Sporting Goods. This is causing me a lot of trouble and above all WASTING MY TIME, AS IS THIS EMAIL TO yoU!
BTW, I hate the new format, lots of bells and whistles, nothing substantial. Except, I'll bet we see an increase in "fees".

Hi Troyjanna,
Are you posting elsewhere? I haven't seen any posts from you regarding category troubles. Also, we are not increasing our fees.
Try entering in category number 2022. It is an Other Items category in Sporting Goods. If it doesn't load, please press control-F5 on your keyboard to reload the page. Then try again.

No, i posted on vendio. before i what you suggested and get even more frustrated than I am now, tell me this: will it help me to load all the Sporting Goods categories, or will I just get Others? I don't need nor want Others.

Still can't load the Sporting Goods subcategories from ebay. I tried entering the subcategory # manually, but it rejects it. I tied lauching the auction with only Sporting Goods selected, no subcategory, and my listing was not launched due to an "error". The error is that no subcategory was selected.
I teid F5, no luck.
So, I can't list anything in Sporting Goods. Any ideas?

Hello,
Are you entering the category number I gave you, or a different one? If it is a different one, please tell me what you are entering. Also rather than try control-F5, please try doing F5 instead. If that doesn't work, please go to the category page and click on Tools -> Internet Options -> Delete Files (in the toolbar on your browser.) Next, disable any virus-checker, firewall, and/or ad-blocking software you have installed, then click the "Refresh" button on your browser.
