I have an auction that has ended with a buy it now, but I do not see it in my vendio post sale listings.

See here on eBay? Auction ID is 2268338685.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2268338685

I do NOT see it in the Vendio sold auctions list. Please help! This is not the only eBay auction that has closed and does not show up in Vendio. This is just one example.

Hi Ty,

We are looking into this right now to see if there is a problem. One question, have you ever copied the description from a closed listing to a new listing?

We will respond back as soon as possible, when we know more. Thank you for your patience.

Regards,

Sonya

No, we have not copied the description from a closed listing to a new listing?

We have indeed copied the TITLE of a closed listing in order to relist it for fixed priced auctions.

Does that help?

Also: We are getting maybe 4-10 phone calls a day because winning bidders haven't received anything from eBay about their auctions they won on eBay, so they call us to see if we know anything about it and we cannot look up the auction in Vendio.

Please call or reply to this thread if you need any more details. Ty Terrell or Chris Zenz @ +1 816.554.6544.

Any progress on this? Should we just individually do these transactions in eBay and not Vendio?

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

The trouble is with eBay's notification system. There were some issues on their end that delayed the notifications -- we rely on the notifications being sent in order for post sale to function properly. You can force a refresh of your active list by selecting all auctions on any page and clicking the Refresh button. Within a few minutes, any completed items will move down into Closed Listings, where you can continue with post sale for the item.

I have a question.

I go to my Control Panel, then select on "All Active" and it shows me page 1 of 21, the first 100 of my 2096 active listings.

Do I need to hit the "Select All" button for each page of the "All Active" list (21 pages) and then "Refresh" for each page?

Would I need to do this 21 times, Select All and Refresh for each page?

Ok. I found the auction in question. Auction ID 2268338685 is in my "Post Sale Summary: Unsold Items" area.

It is in fact a won auction in eBay. See: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2268338685

I tried refreshing in a lot of places, but I cannot seem to get that auction in my post sale section.

Any help?

Thanks in advance,

Hi Ty,

If you pick one page and do the refresh, that should be fine. Then wait a few minutes or so and check your closed list.

Regarding the item stuck in sold -- if you archive it in sold, then use Track to track the item back in, that should get it back into regular Post Sale.

Regards,

Sonya
