I am trying to create a new listing. I am using webtv, which I have been doing with AW for a few years. Today, all of a sudden, I find that I can't "attach" an image to the listing because the "image list" box is completely empty. I have over 1300 images stored on AW. Where did they go, and what is the solution to this?

Unfortunately problem you have described appears to be related to the WebTV platform, which Vendio does not support. Because the WebTV platform is limited in certain technologies (such as javascript), we cannot configure our website to be WebTV compatible.

The only suggestion we could offer would be to have someone who does have access to a computer/browser upload your images for you, or locate another image hosting service that does offer support for WebTV. A few customers go to their local libraries to handle image uploads, so you may want to look into that. I do apologize for the inconvenience.
