I get this all the time from buyers. They mess up and they can't access the shopping cart and guess what neither can I. Here is the message, how am I supposed to respond? I don't have a link...I should, but don't.

Hi Beth,
There really isn't enough detail here for me to tell exactly what is going on. I might suggest suggesting people who have this problem another WBN from the post sale management page. This will simply try another checkout page with the combined orders, if you're preferences are set to combine.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
