Is anyone else having problems when they try to preview their listings? I have always been able to do so until today. I can go to the bottom and hit "quick view" but cannot use the preview button that appears by the template section of the auction listing form in Vendio. I've also been getting some scripting errors today, so I may have some other problems going on.

Thanks for any input.

Hello,

The Full Preview shows up as a pop up so if you have a pop up blocker, you may want to disable it or allow it access to Vendio.

Please keep in mind that the Full Preview does not give an accurate preview of what your items will look like when they are live. The Full Preview shows your item in the template you have chosen with some defaults turned on, and other Vendio defaults turned on, so you can see how your item would look should you have every feature enabled.

I'm having the same problems. (Now about 7.30 pm. West Coast)

I launched, and previewed, one auction sucessfully; but the second listing would not show my selected images in the template preview, just the blue edges where they should be!
It's the same when I check it on ebay, just the blue edges, and timing out before any images can show.

The last one I have saved, as it wouldn't show my images even in the description box, and not in the preview at all, and I don't want to risk launching without my images.

I've now passed my evening deadline for listing from the West coast, with all these image problems, so that it's not too late ending on the East!
What with this, and double the fees for listing about 12 items this month, I'm not too happy with Vendio.

I have no pop-up blocker, and haven't experienced not even being able to get my images on the listing page, while still in Auction Manager.

Hello,

I am able to view your auctions without any problems. Please try clearing your browser cache, then quitting and restarting your browser and checking these auctions again. If you continue to have trouble, let us know.

Many thanks for your prompt attention Sonya!

I cleared cache, re-started browser etc., last night; but to no avail. Everything just ignored me or timed out!

But all seems to be up and running well this morning, even my saved listings that wouldn't even accept images from the box, so I've re-scheduled them.

I'm glad I wasn't caught in too prolonged a maelstrom!
