Hi, wood2art --

If you have all the HTML code for your own custom template, you can select *Blank Template from your Saved Templates list. This does not place any Vendio template into your listings at all and you can then enter your template's HTML into the description box.

If you have any additional questions, please let me know.

Christina,

This is what it says about the blank template!

"This template is not fully customizable. To find a fully customizable template, please select a style that is not marked with an asterisk (*)."

Please help

Hi, wood2art --

Sorry for the confusion. You have 2 ways in which you can use a custom template:

1) If your design can fit within the structure of our fully-customizable templates, then you can use Template Workshop to re-create your design. To learn more about the template structure and how you can customize each individual element within it, please take a look at our Custom Templates Tour:
http://www.vendio.com/tours/customtemplates/
which is also available as a link from our main help page:
http://www.vendio.com/service/

2) If your design does NOT fit within the structure of our templates, and if you have all the HTML code for your own custom template, you can use it when you create your listings by doing the following:
- To begin creating a listing, click on "Create Listing" in the left-hand navigation.
- In the "Create Listing" page, in the "Item Basics" section, in the "Description:" box, cut and paste in the HTML for your custom template (along with your item description, embedded within).
- In the "Site Specifics" section, you can select which template you want to use from the "Saved Templates" list.
- Select "*Blank Template" from this list: this will instruct our systems not to insert any additional HTML template formatting into your description, so that all the HTML in your description box will be sent as-is.
- Hit "Preview" to verify that your template HTML and description look as you intended.
- Complete the rest of your listing details and launch as usual.

Please let me know what additional information I can provide.

Thanks --
