i only list items occasionally, and this is ridiculous! so you're charging me $9.95/mo. when i only sold a $3.00 item last month? it appears that you are using the image hosting charges to force customers to list more items in order to get the credits they need. am i right in my understanding of the image hosting charges? if so, i would like to know right away how i can close my account. apparently, i can't afford you!

it would be nice if you notified your customers of such drastic changes in fees before you implement them. oh, i know, you want us to check the announcements. we all should be properly notified of these kinds of changes so we can be clear on the plans, etc. before you implement them. we don't have time to keep reading your announcements. please tell me how i can close my account before i get charged with something else, since i am not listing anything this month.

who chose to put my account in the 1100 images plan? i have NEVER used that much. how was this decided? i just went in and changed it to the least amount available, which i still won't use it all anyway. i really don't get this at all.

Hello,

We sent an email in addition to posting the announcement 2 weeks ahead of time, so that customers would have the option to remove images they didn't need so they can be on a lower image hosting plan. You were placed on a plan based on your image MB usage at the time the fees took effect.

Under your current Sales Manager plan, you will not be charged any service fees unless you use the Sales Manager service.

If you would like to retain your account and not be charged additionally for image hosting during periods of non-usage, you can do this by deleting all of your images (be sure to empty the Recycle Bin) and then discontinuing your Image Hosting plan during months when you aren't listing. You may disable your Image Hosting plan at any time by taking the following steps:

1. Go to My Account -> My Service Plans.

2. Click the "see other plans" link next Image Hosting, and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click the "discontinue.." link.

Once this is done, you will not accumulate any charges for the Image Hosting service (but note that any current balance will still be charged at the end of your billing cycle.) When you start selling again, you can re-sign up for image hosting using the same steps. We recommend starting with the lowest plan, as our system will bump your plan up automatically when you exceed your plan limit.

If you want to cancel, please go to Help and click on Contact Us and fill out the form for customer service, requesting cancellation. Or you can write us directly at [email protected]

i never received an email from vendio explaining these fees. maybe this is the reason why -- i just went into the help area to cancel my account and you had my email address as [email protected]. i don't live at vendio. how could you determine my image MB usage when i hadn't even listed but a couple small items in the last 3 months? i don't get that. how can you use vendio without using sales manager? that's what i've always had. i really don't understand how you arrived at the 1100 images mark for me, who does very little business with you. account cancellation is done. i can't afford you and i refuse to be ripped off.
