I have Sales Mgr. plan, pay as you go, plus gallery. I signed up for the 5 MB plan but I see I'm being charged for the 55 MB plan. (I just went into my account and signed up - again - for the 5MB plan, a few minutes ago.)
Please help me understand this: If my 100-picture limit is exceeded in a given month, am I AUTOMATICALLY bumped up to the next (MUCH HIGHER) rate?
If so, I am pleading with Vendio now. PLEASE institute a reasonable plan that is somewhere between 5MB and 55MB!!!!! We small sellers, who generally carry between 100 and 250 photos at any given time, are really being hurt by that 5MB - 55MB gap.

You are bumped up when you exceed the max MB limit for the plan you are on. It's not counted by number of photos, its by MB -- if you can get by with saving your images at a file size of less than 50kb then you'll have more images to store in Vendio at a given time. I will forward your comments to Product Development.
