I received my billing invoice today and it says I will be billed $32.10 and that is about $9 - $10 more than usual. Why is it that much more when the hosting should have been credited back because I didn't exceed the 55MB limit. I have the $12.95 plan with $0.20 per listing flat rate. When all of this was first announced I went in and deleted every photo I could and emptied the recycle bin way before implementation. I don't mind that you chose 55MB for me, but that means at $9.95 my other fees should exceed that and I shouldn't be paying more then the usual $22 - $23 that I averaged. Could you please clarify my account with me? I would like to stay with Vendio if I can get this straight. Thanks!

Hi Desertbabydoll,
Note that your first bill will not reflect the Sales Manager credit, as the Image Hosting plan is a prepaid plan. Next billing cycle you will see the Sales Manager credit, which will help to offset the Image Hosting fee. The credit will show at the bottom of your statement.
