I've looked all over and can't see how to sign up. Is it discontinued?

If not, I need to sign up right away! Help!

I have a Reply for this one. I signed up to PAY for customer Service (Which is a Travesty in itself!) And as soon as I pushed the button- there was a box to schedule your call- AND a Notice at the Top of the Page saying they were NOT answering or dealing with ANY Questions in regards to Billing. Great Help!
