--you really should get rid of this false advertising.
and also, I am a bit peeved that even when I got rid of my excess pictures out of Image Hosting and recycle bin that I had to manually switch to the smaller plan. I did not know this and hence was charged the higher fee for 500 MB as of yesterday.
ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

they told us about it but was too busy to read the fine print. I now have to go back to that delete images myself instead of having them do it in 90 days. my bill is 35 dollars higher this month with less sales.

I agree! The way I read it, we would be charged for the highest rate of pics for the month. I also was charged way more than the pics I had.

Actually if you read their info on their website, Image Hosting is to be FREE with all Sales Manager Plans! This isn't happening! I also was charged for 50mb when I use only about 10mb. Maybe they need a smaller breakdown in their prices, say 10-20 MB then 20-30, etc.
But REALLY, they aren't supposed to be charging for image hosting of any kind no matter what amount you use! Until they change their website, we all should be credited! Please keep asking them to do this!

This image hosting situation is not only absurd but bullying. I was previously using pay as you go since I only list perhaps ten items each week. Now, with the new image hosting fee ladder, unless I subscribe to one of the monthly sales manager plans, I'll be paying close to $30 a month for the exact same listings!
Who thought up your fees for image hosting, Professor Irwin Corey? 2MB, 5MB...and then 55!?
So let me get this straight: If I sign up for the minimum montly Sales Manager plan, image hosting is free, correct? Then why does the $9.95 fee continue to show in my account?
I must tell you Vendio, this is another garbage situation like your old pop-up ads idea...and I feel it is absolutely wrong. Anyone who sells for a living knows that the lower the fees or prices, the more you sell.

I guess it is my responsibility to read the information sent to me by vendio. But this is a bit extreme. If ebay had the post-sale features and I could change easily, I would just do it all there. However, I am old and resistant to change. So I will stay and pay.
Vendio really should update THE website and get rid of the pages that say any sales manager plan includes free image hosting.
THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING AND IS WRONG!! GET ON THE BALL VENDIO.

The reason I PAY to use Vendio is because it saves me time. Now I have to go through and manually delete all old phots every week, reload them if I need to relaunch, empty my recycle bin or be charged for it. Just a note if I put something in the deleleted bin I expect it to be deleleted without me taking more of my valuable time to hand delete them and I do not want to take time sifting through the delete file to reload photos that you deleted for me--- I am not saving time. This is not convenient.

Hi all,
Free image hosting is still available to any Sales Manager plan, except the difference now is that it is no longer unlimited. We could no longer provide unlimited free storage since we introduced the option to store images permanently - that would have strained our systems and affected performance for everyone. (Note that the auto-delete feature is unchanged. You only need to manually delete your images if you are trying to reduce your image storage.)
Now Image Hosting is free as long as your Sales Manager fees are the same or higher than your Image Hosting fees. In other words, Image Hosting is now a monthly minimum. This way we could tie the amount of free image storage to Sales Manager usage so that only users who store more than usual will need to pay more.
To make it easier for users to see this, we added more information on your statements. See the screenshot of the Online Statements page. Here, you'll see Monthly Minimum which is based on your Image Hosting plan. Below that is the credits you accumulate as a result of Sales Manager subscription fees, listing fees and final value fees. When the credit equals the minimum, you'll know that you'll pay nothing extra for that month.
Now, as for why your first bill appears larger, it's just because Image Hosting is prepaid. See this explanation of the sample billing line items:
9/30 Image Hosting Plan: 55 MB (pro-rated) $5.00
- This marks the start of new Image Hosting fees. Image Hosting becomes a separate plan with it's own pricing. Like other Vendio payments, Image Hosting is prepaid so that's why this charge appears immediately.
10/15 Image Hosting Credit $5.00
- Credits appear at the end of of your bill so that we can properly account for all credits for the month. This example shows a full refund since the credit is the same as the 9/30 charge, meaning that Image Hosting was free.
10/15 Image Hosting Plan: 55 MB $9.95
- Again, Image Hosting is a prepaid fee so this charge is for the next period 10/16-11/16. The credit that will apply toward this amount will appear at the end of the next statement. As long as your Sales Manager fees are above your minimum, Image Hosting will continue to be free.
I hope that helps and clears up everyone's concerns.
