First off, I downloaded Vendio store, then changed my mind, so deleted it off my options. Since then, when I go to send invoices thru eBay so they can pay me with Paypal, it wouldn't combined auctions when I need it too and invoices that I do send out, customers are getting error messges, so they can't complete transaction. I had eBay check my options that are set for this kind of thing, and they said they were fine and I should be having this problem, so it's coming from this direction. I need help ASAP.
I apologize, but I am not certain I understand the problem. You mentioned you can't combine auctions in eBay -- that is an issue on eBay's end, if you are doing your checkouts and invoicing through eBay. You don't have the checkout button on your auctions, and you haven't been sending out the WBNs, so if customers are getting errors -- if it's on Vendio, please let us know where they are and what the errors are. If it's eBay you will need to contact them again.
