Can someone help me !!!!! This is so confusing !!!!
I use vendio for IMAGE HOSTING ONLY. I've been using Sales Manager plan since image hosting is free. Vendio is charging me to use sales manager plus image hosting. My monthly bill was $12.95 now they are charging me $35.24. Here is how it's shown on my invoice:
Image Hosting Plan: 135 MB (pro-rated 23 days) 15.29 Subscription 15.29
Image Hosting Credit 12.95 Refund 2.34
Smgr Premium Plan Variable Rate 12.95 Subscription 15.29
(This is whack: charge me, then refund me, then charge what was refunded, plus additional charges OK I got it ! " NOT " )
( I normally use 60MB for some reason almost half all of my pictures were duplicated which made my MB 135 the duplicate pictures were mine but the filenames were #'s which I never name my images by #'s. After deleting the dulplicate images and some others I'm now using 44.06MB big difference )
My main question is Why am I being charged for the Image Hosting Plan since I already pay for Sales Manager with free Image Hosting.
Can I purchase the Image Hosting Plan and Cancel my Sales Manager Plan ?

Hi Tina,
If you are using image hosting only, you can switch off the Sales Manager plan and only pay the image hosting plan. For more help with this, please email [email protected].
