Hello, I use Sales Manage Pro doing my listing for quite long time. Everything seems ok but two days ago when I opened it from my desktop, I found that all folders that I created under "Standard Images--Default" disappeared. I tried to synchronizing but the screen shows: Warning! Synchronization failed--bad response from server. I thought it might because of internet problem so I tried it again and again these two days at the time of surely no problem for my internet speed. But still same thing happened. I also deleted lots of imamages on line and now it only has around 3600 pictures with size of 306.23MB of standard image including Recycle Bin. But still my sales manager pro does not work. I am using window`s XP 2000 and internet explorer as browser. Please help as I am doing listing everyday!

Hello Alice,
In case the proxy, firewall or antivirus settings are not the culprit, please go to the Windows Update site (click Tools > Windows Update in the Internet Explorer menu). Install the critical updates and Service Packs the site recommends, especially those for Windows and Internet Explorer.
Do you happen to have multiple SM Pro installations on your computer?

I have made sure that no problem for my internet speed and no problem for my computer. I have tried to upload by turning off firewall server software as well as all other softwares that are running (though SMP run well for the past years even my firewall turned on),I have tried by deleting all batches, deleting almost all images on net and then only uploading few pictures, I have uninstalled SMPro and relative info. of my two SMPro in my computer and then re-installed SMPro in my computer then tried to upload (at this moment only one SMP in my computer because I deleted all and reinstalled), As said I tried everything but still no work! I have being used auctionwatch/Vendio for more than 2 years and I am quite confidence that my operating is correct. But why still get the "Bad response from server"? I doubt it is Vendio server problem but no one said that!! I have paid $34.95 a month for one SMPro image service, plus my another vendio ID of $12.95 (same problem happened to this ID: happylook123), I have spent more than $85 a month by using your service and now I can even do my listing!!I hope you vendio people can tried to offer your best service and solve the problem for me.

Hi Alice,
If you are still receiving synchronization errors when you upload from SM Pro, please try again. As SM Pro is attempting to synchronize, click the "Details" button on the upload status window, and email us the synch details. This will help us determine where the problem is originating.
