I just check my second ID which I have not used since 2003 or shortly there after and I was bill for the 5MB plan. Seems I had one image which I uploaded in 12/03. I don't know why it was still there? Well I deleted it and was wondering if I will get a credit for this. I can't for the life of me understand why the image was still there but I don't think it's fair that I get a bill for it. Can I have this taken care of or applied to my other active account.
Thanks

You uploaded in 12/04??? How did you do that? That is still over a month away. Please tell me your secret.

Hi ebabestreasures,
Our auto-delete function works by deleting images xx days after the last view or renew date. So it's possible your image continued to be viewed and that's why it was never auto-deleted.

Kevin - I meant 12/03

How can this be - I didn't pull it up and the auction was in January or maybe even December so it could not be pulled up in a ebay search on October 9? I don't understand this and almost $5.00 is outrageous for one image.
Can I apply for a credit for this or is that just a waste of time.
You may request a refund for each line item by taking the following steps:
1. Go to My Account -> Online Statement. Locate the line item for the charge, and highlight and copy the Ref ID number.
2. Open a separate browser window. Paste the below URL into the browser's address bar. Note that this URL can be found on our site by clicking the "Got questions about this statement?" link on your statement, and scrolling to the "Does Vendio provide refunds?" section.
Paste the Ref ID from your statement into the form, and proceed to submit your refund request. We will be handling refunds on a case-by-case basis, so please be as clear and concise in detailing the problem as possible.

I don't think this is a line item. It's the whole bill for Sept & Oct.
Is there a way to request a refund for a plan charged that should not have been charged. This must have been a glitch in Vendio's system unless someone else has access to my account???

Has Vendio ever consider a link on a site map that says "REQUEST A REFUND" It is ridiculous to have to follow your steps to request a refund that I probably won't ever get.

Dispute it with your credit card company. You will never get anywhere with Vendio. Vendio will then have to prove it to the credit card company instead of you proving it to Vendio.

The filing for a credit was a pain but I did it and already got the credit.
My question now is - will that post to my credit card?
