I have tried to disable this several times, but it keeps saying it is "enabled"
what am I doing wrong

Hello,

You should be able to disable it in My Account > My Service plans. If you keep having trouble turning it off, let us know and we'll do it for you.

I checked and you did disable it. Please note you must wait a couple hours for the watermark to disappear.
