Hello I am having Trouble marking an item shipped the item # is 5132938635 when I try to mark it it comes back an error Please let me know what to do Thanks again sportsource

now i have 2 that will not mark the #5 blue box it says their is an error when i try and mark these as shipped items 5132938635 and 7109182466

I am not sure why this item is not marking off properly but I will follow up with you. I have forwarded the issue to engineering. Thank you for your patience.
