Hello Joetta,
At this time, we do not offer support for shipping calculators in listings. We are looking into implementing this or an alternative to this in the near future, however. In the meantime, there are shipping rate calculators available online that can be inserted into your listings by copy/pasting some HTML into your default text or item description. You may be able to find one of these in a Google search.

You can also revise your auction after launching on ebay and insert their shipping calculator. Just go to the shipping and payment section and click on the calculated shipping tab half way down the page.
