I got my image count down and changed the plan on my account with no problem. You really need something between 5 and 55 MB. A plan for 25 or 30 MB would be nice - we small sellers need to save a buck where ever we can.

I'm still awaiting email response. My monthly vendio bill went from $4-9 a month to almost $40.00. Maybe a Vendio Host will address my issues since my emails to customer service have not been addressed.
This is a BIG difference and I am NOT a high $ seller.

Hi twothousandcatz,
You are currently on the 135 MB plan because you must have had more than 55 MB of images as of 9/30 when the new pricing started. The three lower plans 3 MB, 5 MB and 55 MB were too small for the amount of images you had at the time.
There are several things you are experiencing in your first bill. First, you're seeing the effect of Image Hosting as a prepaid service just like Sales Manager. If you check your Online Statement, you'll see 3 Image Hosting-related line items. The first is a prepay for the period 9/30 - 10/26. The next is a credit based on all your Sales Manager fees during that period. The third is a prepay for the coming period 10/27 - 11/26. The reason why your first bill looks bigger is the credit that relates to the prepay for the coming period does not appear on your statement until the end of the next period, 11/26. I've gone into a bit more detail in other posts.
I see you currently are using much less image storage than you were. So you can choose a lower plan by going to My Service Plans.
