Maybe this question has already been covered in the mass of previous messages, but I couldnt find it. I am on the pay as you go plan, plus your lowest Image hosting plan. If I delete all of my images and empty the recyle bin, but dont cancel my account, then dont use it for awhile. Will I still be charged the 2.95 monthly fee? Or will I only be charged when/if I again upload images. Sometimes I dont post auctions for months and it would be a waste to pay for something I'm not using. But I'd like to keep my access to Vendio available should I decide to resume using it.
So how do I keep my pay as you go plan and not pay for image hosting when I'm not using it??
If you would like to retain your account and not be charged additionally for image hosting during periods of non-usage, you can do this by deleting all of your images (be sure to empty the Recycle Bin) and then discontinuing your Image Hosting plan during months when you aren't listing. You may disable your Image Hosting plan at any time by taking the following steps:
1. Go to My Account -> My Service Plans.
2. Click the "see other plans" link next Image Hosting, and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click the "discontinue.." link.
Once this is done, you will not accumulate any charges for the Image Hosting service (but note that any current balance will still be charged at the end of your billing cycle.) When you start selling again, you can re-sign up for image hosting using the same steps. We recommend starting with the lowest plan, as our system will bump your plan up automatically when you exceed your plan limit.
