1. ciao346 has suggested in a thread here that we have to manually change our service plan when we have a lower MB of photos--that Vendio won't automatically drop us down to a cheaper plan. Is this true?
2. I just checked my service plans in my two accounts. One account has "image watermarking" "chosen". I have NEVER chosen watermarking--ever! Now I'm thinking I'll have to check my account regularly to make sure that sort of thing doesn't happen again.

Hi Roadsmith,
1. This is true. When you go under the limit for a lower plan, you have to manually change it in My Account > My Service plans.
2. Regarding watermarking, when you switch payment plans or add payment plans, we provide a confirmation of the plans you have chosen. It's possible that you may have overlooked it but we will refund you for this. Please disable it and fill out the refund request form if you've gotten charged for watermarking.

Thanks, Sonya. Where is the "refund request form"? I've already disabled the watermarking feature but I see that my monthly billing etc. is showing it, still.
Sonya, PLEASE tell the Vendio bosses that they need to automatically drop us down a plan in the imaging, just as they automatically bump us up!!! Why would this not be possible?
