I haven't been to the message board in ages because I haven't had any problems in a long time but tonight when I logged into the Sales Manager page I noticed a message in pink on the top that says "Your account is past due because your credit card on file with us has been declined." I guess I'm confused as I have never had anything like this happen before. I haven't changed anything and I pay all my credit card payments as soon as I get them in the mail. I checked my last three credit card statements and Vendio (AuctionWatch) has appeared on all three and I just paid my latest statement on Tuesday (which I got in the mail on Monday). I just checked my online account with Vendio and didn't see anything about a problem with my credit card. I'm also wondering why I didn't get an email letting me know about my credit card being declined (if it was). With all the identity theft going on, I'm afraid to even go into my account and try and re-enter my current credit card number which doesn't expire for another year. Who do I contact to resolve this problem?
