Please explain on my last billing, why I was charged for image hosting. It shows that I should have not been billed anything - as it shows I should have gotten the 9.95 credit. This is too confusing - it doesn't make any sense - and I need additional clarification!!
Thank you for writing. I will try to explain our Image Hosting plan fees. Image Hosting is a prepaid plan, just like all of our other service plans. When you were first signed up, a pro-rated amount was applied based on your storage at that time. At the end of the billing cycle in which the pro-rated amount was applied, a credit for Sales Manager fees that accrued since signup was applied. If you look at your statement, you will see the yellow credit line item at the end of the billing cycle that was active when the Image Hosting plan started (9/30/04.)
As the Image Hosting plan is prepaid, the full month's charge was applied at the end of your billing cycle for the month forward. This is the same as all of our other subscription-based plans. For this reason, the first bill you receive with the full month's Image Hosting plan fee will be higher, because we have to wait until the end of your next billing cycle to apply the Sales Manager credit. At the end of your next billing cycle, you will see the Sales Manager fee credit applied which will help to offset the Image Hosting plan fee.
