I would like to know why the unpaid item dispute list of choices you offer differs from those eBay offers. FOR EXAMPLE, when I recently filed an unpaid item dispute thru Vendio, it did not offer the option "payment has not been received or did not clear" while if I do the exact same process thru the ebay system this choice is offered as an option. Why are the choices different. I would think they should be the same choices wherever the dispute is filed?
